Sugary drinks like Sodas can be very addictive beverages and you can go from drinking them on occasion to transforming this into a frequent habit which can lead you down the road to diabetes and thus loss of limbs or organs.

This is not a position you want to be in so consuming less and less sugar daily, can prevent you from these crippling illnesses.

One of the best methods of consuming less sugar daily is to cut out your sugary pop/fizzy drink intake as these contain the most concentrated forms of sugar.

If you consume 5 cans of fizzy drink daily for example, you can consume 4 for a week.


Then in the next week, consume 3 until you reach the point of drinking one can of fizzy drink everyday.


After this you only have one can to deal with. Fight the cravings of drinking with water. Water is so effective most experts express that you can reduce hunger cravings by drinking 8 glasses of water a day.


Drinking this amount of water is not very difficult. If you can drink one glass every hour, once you’ve completed your 8 working hours, you will have achieved your daily water intake goal.t.


If you must drink this beverage, it is recommended to drink it on occasion for example 1 every two months. Save this for special occasions where you don’t feel like not accepting a drink will be a rude gesture.
