The Good
If you like to have equipment that will give you a variation in your workout and something new to try out to keep you motivated to maintain your exercise routine, this product could work for you.
For those who have wrist pan when doing pushups this product can really help support your hand and wrist area where most of your weight will press down upon.
Having said this, there is a small risk of twisting motion not having a limit which for some poor overzealous beginner might take it a step too far and have an accident. Despite this minor danger it is a definite commodity for those how can longer do push up due to hand injury; it will get you back on the wagon in no time.
The Bad
The promises made that you will feel the ‘perfect pushup’ in your biceps is not true at all. Some infomercials can base their results on several testimonials but you should remember to judge the product based on your results, every body type is different. In terms of effectiveness, the product is no better than doing push ups on the floor, but it could aid those who struggle with hand and wrist discomfort.
There are allot of variations that you can do with a push up already so this product is just an add on for those who want to mix it up. If you purchase this product, don’t be over enthusiastic in terms of the results you will get, do not expect faster muscle growth or strength than you would with a regular floor pushup. If anything this product is a fun way to get youngsters into exercise but will not increase your results if you’re serious about building muscle.
Before using the Perfect Pushup try out the following push up variations at home:
1. Shoulder Width Grip Push-up
2. Wide Grip Push-Up
3. Diamond Push-up
3. Spiderman Push Ups
4. Alligator Push Ups
5. Chicken Press Push Up
6. Decline Push-Ups
7. Incline Push-Ups
If you don’t see any results with this over a considerable amount of time (3 months or more) than the perfect pushup is very unlikely to get you any more growth then you’ll achieve with these exercises.
Advice
