Tips
Love the Hug-fest. It is true that the best things in life are free, there is nothing wrong with two grown people hugging, it’s an act of love and friendliness.
There's never a downside. Hugging can lead to dry humping for those who are looking to explore other ways to enjoy someone else’s company.
Re-write the unwritten rules. Hugging is a great way for two friends to fall asleep while watching a movie or listening to music. Things don’t have to get weird, hugging should be in the realm of friendly activity, as long as the parties involved understand each other, there shouldn’t be a problem.
Be true to yourself. Know what YOU want. Sit for a few minutes and think about what it is you want. Forget the people who are telling you how to lead your life. What makes you happy? If you love hugging and the people around you see it as excessive, don’t mind them, unless you’re hurting someone there’s NOTHING wrong with giving out love.
Wait for it, wait for it...and release. A great hug between friends can last around 3-5 seconds including the Mississippi's, if you get a hug from someone who doesn’t want to let go, give them your time, they will appreciate it. Spend a little more time cuddling them.
It’s good for your health. A hug is a great stress reliever and releases all the good chemicals in your body, so get all the goodness you can out of them.
